| Abstract: | Dianthus casyoplyllus is a very good plant of flower which blossoms all year round with a sweet smell.Pieces of stem or leaf were inoculated as cxplants in MS medium added with 6BA and NAA or 2, 4-D. Callus and shoots appeared rapidly: The shoots were transplanted in 1/2 MS medium with 0.5 mg/l NAA and 0.5mg/l IAA many roots were induced ofter two weeks.The organogenesis of callus and shoot or root were studied through paraffin method in sections. |
