| 摘 要： | 采用返滴定法，用过量的碱先与乙醇提取物中的脂肪酸反应，再用标准HCl溶液滴定过量的碱液，以此求得粮食的脂肪酸值。结果表明，采用本法和现行国家标准GB－T15684－1995测定值基本一致，但本法滴定终点易于判断，重现性好。

| Abstract: | This article adopted back titration,using excessive alkali reacted with fatty acid in alcohol extract,then using standard HCL solution titrated the excessive alkali,and calculated the fatty acid value of grain.The results showed that estimated values of this method were basically consistent with the current national standard GB/T15684-1995.the end point of titration was judged easily,and the reproducibilily of the results was well in this method. |
