温度对等钳蠊螨捕食腐食酪螨效率的影响

摘    要:等钳蠊螨Blattisocius dentriticus(Berlese)是腐食酪螨Tyrophagus putrescentiae(Schrank)的重要捕食螨,本文作者研究了等钳蠊螨雌成螨在6个温度下对腐食酪螨卵的捕食作用。结果表明,在不同温度下等钳蠊螨雌成螨对腐食酪螨卵的功能反应均属HollingⅡ型。在17~29℃范围内,等钳蠊螨雌成螨对腐食酪螨卵的瞬间攻击率随温度升高而升高,而处理时间随温度升高而缩短;温度超过29℃时,等钳蠊螨雌成螨对腐食酪螨卵的瞬间攻击率有所下降,处理时间也相应延长。研究结果表明温度对等钳蠊螨对腐食酪螨的捕食效率有着明显的影响。

Abstract:Blattisocius dentriticus (Berlese) is an important predatory mite to the pest mite,Tyrophagus putrescentiae (Schrank).In this paper,the predatory functional responses of female adult of B.dentriticus to the eggs of T.putrescentiae were studied at six different temperatures.The results showed that the predatory functional response of female B.dentriticus to the eggs of T.putrescentiae belonged to Holling's typeⅡ at all tested temperatures.Among the temperature ranged from 17 to 29 ℃,the instantaneous attack rate (a) of B.dentriticus female adults to T.putrescentiae eggs increased,and the handling time (Th) decreased with the increase of temperature,respectively.However,when the temperature was above 29 ℃,the instantaneous attack rate (a) of the female B.dentriticus to the pest mite decreased obviously and the handling time increased.The results indicated that temperature plays an important role in the predatory efficiency of B.dentriticus.
