宁夏与阿拉伯国家清真食品贸易现实基础和障碍研究

宁夏作为“内陆开放型经济试验区”承担着打造中国重要清真食品和穆斯林用品产业集聚区的重大战略使命。作为中国唯一的“回族自治区”宁夏具有扩大与阿拉伯国家清真食品贸易的回族文化禀赋优势，也初步具备了一些出口清真食品的有利条件，但纵观宏观层面、中观层面及微观层面状况，研究认为宁夏扩大对阿拉伯国家清真食品贸易依然存在艰巨的挑战，并根据分析结论提出了应对挑战的政策建议。

Study on foundation and barrier for developing halal food trade relation between Ningxia and Arab States

Ningxia Province is carrying on the important China strategy of building the industry agglomeration region for Halal food and Moslem products. As only Muslim province Ningxia has Hui culture endowment advantage, this will facilitate to expand the Halal trade between Ningxia and Arab States. Ningxia also develops other advantages on exportation of Halal food. But Ningxia is still in face of many hard challenges in developing bilateral trade relation if we consider those problems existing in all aspects from macro environment, industry view and microscopic view. Based on mentioned analysis the paper puts forward policy recommendations for promoting trade relation between Ningxia and Arab States.
