光合细菌在番茄上的应用研究

摘    要:采用砂培方法研究了光合细菌对番茄发芽的影响和采用盆栽试验研究了光合细菌对番茄生长过程中光合色素、部分抗氧化酶以及微生物区系的影响。结果表明:光合细菌可提高番茄的发芽势、发芽率:在盆栽条件下,可提高番茄光合色素含量,对超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)无显著影响,对番茄根际土壤中微生物数量无显著影响。

Abstract:The affects of Photosynthetic bacteria on burgeon of tomato through sand culture method on pigment, enzyme system of tomato and soil microbe through pot culture experiment were studied. The results showed that the Photosynthetic bacteria could improve germination vigor, germination rate of tomato and the content of pigment of tomato, but there were no remarkable effects on superoxide dismutase, catalase of tomato and the amount of soil microbe of tomato rhizosphere.
