火鸡新城疫免疫后免疫器官的免疫学变化

摘    要:本实验研究了 Lasota 疫菌点眼、滴鼻免疫21日龄火鸡后,其胸腺、法氏囊和脾脏中免疫细胞的变化。结果表明,免疫火鸡中枢和外周免疫器官的浆细胞、酯酶阳性 T 细胞和淋巴细胞显著增多,巨噬细胞程度不同地增加;脾脏淋巴小结直径增大,数量上升;说明免疫器官不仅体免疫应答明显加强,而且细胞免疫反应也显著增强。78日龄 ND 强毒攻击后,免疫火鸡免疫器官的上述免疫细胞进一步增多,细胞免疫和体液免疫反应进一步增强,全部获得免疫保护;而对照火鸡免疫细胞数量锐减,呈现细胞免疫和体液免疫机能衰竭,全部发病死亡。

Abstract:The present experiment was undertaken to study the dynamic changes of immune cells inthe thymus,spleen and Bursa Fabricius of the turkeys immunized ocularnasaly with Lasotavaccine at 21 days of age,The results were as follow:The vaccination of turkeys elicited sig-nificant incresae of plasmocytes,lymphocytes and the non-specific acid a-naphthyl acetateeasterasc positive T cells in the immune organs,in which macrophage increased in varyingdegrees.The number and diameter of lymph nodules increased in the spleen of immunizedturkeys,These indicated that both the humoral immune response and the cellular immunercsponse were markedly enhanced in the immune organs of vaccinated turkeys.The challengeof immunized turkeys with virulent ND Virus (VNDV) at 78 Days resulted in the furtherincrease of immune cells in the immune organs and the cnhancement of the humoral andccllular immunity;the vaccinated birds were completely protected against ND.On thecontrary,the challenge exposure of the control turkeys to VNDV led to the marked decreaseof immune cells and the failure of humoral and cellular immune functions,and all thecontrol turkeys succumbed to ND infection.
