摘    要:冬季自然低温下,以4种彩叶植物为试材,对一年生休眠枝枝条的SOD,POD活性的变化进行了测定,初步研究其与抗寒性的关系,并研究不同树种SOD,POD因低温胁迫其活性变化的规律。结果表明,其含量均表现为先升高后降低的趋势,其中,SOD活性的最高值为1月份,POD最高值在2月份,同时,最高值时紫叶矮樱SOD活性高于其他3个树种,POD活性却表现为最低,元宝枫SOD活性无明显变化但是POD活性升高10.4倍。

Abstract:This study based on the nature low temperatures in winter, to find four kinds of color-leafed plants branches SOD, POD activity of ehanges to determine the cold tolerance of different species, with a view to provide a theoretical basis for introduction; Four kinds of color-leafed plants dormant sticks as materials in this experiments, were used to determine its SOD, POD activity changes; The results showed that, The activity of two enzymes showed first elevated and then decreased trend in winter, The maximum value of SOD activity in December and January, POD in February, compared among the different species could be seen, The maximum value of the month in the two indicators, purple leaf dwarf cherry SOD activity was higher than the other three species, POD activity was presented as a minimum, But the Maple' s POD activity was highest and the lowest SOD activity. The experiment also found that in low temperatures, maple SOD activity not significant changed but POD activity was intense, compared with the start of winter increased 10.4 times; From the experimental results can be seen, purple leaf dwarf cherry cold resistance strongest, Acer palmatum worst, the other two species the middle, purple leaf dwarf cherry and Maple protective enzymes in cold different mechanisms.
