摘    要:[目的]探讨物理因素对黄芪多糖提取的影响。[方法]以黄芪多糖的提取率为考察指标,采用正交试验,研究黄芪多糖的超声辅助提取工艺。[结果]确定的优化条件为:固液比30∶1,超声波强度120W提取时间1h,其最佳工艺的提取率达到92.1%。[结论]与直接加热提取法相比,微波提取省时、节能,提取率高。

Abstract:[Objective] The effect of physical conditions on the extraction of polysaccharides of Radix astragalus was studied.[Method] The effects of ratio of material to water,power,extraction time were determined by orthogonal design. [Result] The optimum condition was as follows:the ratio of solid to liquid was 30∶1,power was 120 W,extraction time was 1 h. The polysaccharide extraction rate was 92.1%. [Conclusion] The ultrasonic wave method had the advantage of saving time and energy as well as high ratio of extraction.
