| 摘 要： | 食品安全直接影响人们的身心健康。阐述了面粉生产中推广应用HACCP体系的情况,对生产工艺过程进行危害分析,找出关键控制点,制定了HACCP的实施计划及监控过程,对保证面粉的质量具有重要意义。
