| 摘 要： | 采用统计的方法对1985—2009年我国山药相关专利申请进行了文献分析,研究了与山药相关的发明专利、实用新型专利和外观设计专利这3类专利,并且从年限分布、研究内容、申请人地域分布等方面重点分析了与山药相关的发明专利申请,总结了我国20多年来对山药的开发利用情况和知识产权保护状况,以为我国山药的研究提供参考。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the related patent application of Dioscorea spp.from 1985 to 2009 in China by statistical method.The Dioscorea spp.related inventions,utility models and design patents were studied.Focal point of analysis was patents application of inventions ralated Dioscorea spp.from the annual distribution,the research content,the geographical distribution of applicant and so on.The exploitation status and the protection of intellectual property rights of Dioscorea spp.in more than 20 years in China were summarized.This research provided references for the studies of Diosorea spp.. |
