农村合作社视角下的农村公共物品供给分析

改革开放以来,农村合作社的迅速发展,在农村经济的发展中发挥着重要作用,有效地弥补了市场和政府的双重失灵,有效地供给农村公共物品。分析了农村合作社在农村公共物品供给中存在的诸多问题,并从为农村合作社提供良好的外部环境、完善我国相关的农村合作社法规及政策、理顺政府与农村合作社的关系、加强农村合作社的自身建设等方面提出对策,以期更加有效地为农民提供多元化农村公共物品。

Analysis on Rural Public Goods Supply from the Perspective of Rural Cooperatives

Since the reform and opening,the rapid development of rural cooperatives plays an important role in the development of the rural economy,effectively compensates for the double failure of the market and government and supplies of public goods in rural areas.The problems of the rural cooperatives in the rural public goods supplying were analyzed.The measures were proposed as follows:a good external environment should be provided to the rural cooperatives,china’s existing relevant regulations and policies for rural cooperatives should be improved,the relationship between the government and rural cooperatives should be rationalized,the self-construction of rural cooperatives should be strengthened,so as to provide the wide range of rural public goods effectively in China.
