| 摘 要： | 细胞生物学是一门以实验为基础的学科，实验教学在整个细胞生物学教学中占有较大的比重。通过实验教学内容和方法的改革及优化教学手段，能够提高学生的基本实验操作技能和科学思维能力，使学生巩固所学的理论知识，是激发学生获取新知识的重要手段和途径。
