| 摘 要： | 以西安市区县农产品质检机构实验室建设为例，通过对仪器、资金、人员、技术和法律支撑等几方面的要素分析，提出了“提高认识，加大重视力度；完善和落实农产品质量安全专项经费，加大投入力度；提高专业技术人员素质；实验室建设应同当地农业、特色产业的发展以及区域面积等因素相适应”的建议。

| Abstract: | Take agricultural quality inspection institutions laboratories construction of the counties of Xi＇ an city for example, this article proposes four suggestions through the analysis of equipments, funds, personnel, technical and legal support and other aspects ： Propose ＂raise awareness, increase the emphasis on strength＂ ; Improve and implement the special funds of agricultural products quality and safety, to increase investment;Improve the quality of professional technical personnel;Com- bine laboratories construction with the development of local agriculture, special industries, as well as the size of the area such factors according to local conditions. |
