| 摘 要： | 农村生产力高度发展,农民收入大幅度增加是实现新农村建设目标的物质基础。采用增长速度方程分析方法,通过对科技进步在重庆市农民增收中贡献的实证分析,得出了科技进步是重庆市农民增收主要来源的结论。同时指出,应从刺激农民对科学技术的有效需求、改善农村科学技术供给和完善农村科技供求中介体系等方面入手,进一步发挥科学技术在农民增收中的作用。 |
