| 摘 要： | 通过对L县黄河村奶牛协会的考察,认为当下农民经济合作组织既有依托于地域性产业,具有市场刺激、乡村"能人"带动下农民自发组织的特点,同时又必须有着党和政府的政策指导与财政支持,进而达致三方间正和博弈的共赢态势。协会虽然是经济类合作组织,但在发展过程中兼具经济发展和社区服务的双重职能,出现了"乡村精神"的萌发。

| Abstract: | Through investigation the Yellow River village cow association in L county,The author believed that the Peasant economical cooperative organization have the characteristic of Peasant Spontaneous organization under the market stimulation and Village "capable person" impetus backing region industry.At the same time it must also have the policy instruction and financial support government of party and Government,Then the three aspects attain the situation of altogether win at positive game.Although the association is economical cooperative organization,In developing process it has dual function of economical development and community service,Thus village spirit sprouts. |
