| Abstract: | The paper introduces the status quo of judicial technical identification of forestry cases at present referring to the program,area as well as method for the identification of stock volume,and analyzes the problems in identification organizations including poor technical qualification,lack of criteria for identification and unsound policies and etc.Thus it proposes the corresponding countermeasures. |
