补铁对实验性肠炎仔猪肠道结构、功能及体内抗氧化酶活性的影响

摘    要:利用右旋糖苷硫酸钠(DSS)诱导仔猪肠炎模型,探讨口服铁对患肠炎的仔猪肠道功能和氧化应激参数的影响。试验选取50头21日龄早期断奶仔猪,按体重、性别随机分为5组,每组10头。对照组饲喂基础日粮,饮用自来水,另外4组分别饲喂添加0、0.03%、0.20%和1.00%FeSO4的日粮,饮用含4%DSS的水。结果表明:随着口服铁剂量的增加,肠道微绒毛的损伤逐渐加重。与DSS单独处理组相比,高剂量的铁显著提高了尿中乳果糖/甘露醇的排泄比率,显著降低了血浆中D-木糖的浓度(P<0.05),而低剂量的铁对其没有显著影响。铁的添加显著降低了过氧化氢酶(CAT)和谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GPx)的活性(P<0.05),而对超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性影响不明显。

Abstract:To assess the effect of different doses of iron on the intestinal function and oxidative stress in piglets with dextran sulphate sodium(DSS)-induced colitis,fifty 21-day-old weaned piglets were randomly divided into five groups of ten each.The piglets received regular diet and water,or four diets with 0,0.03,0.20 or 1.00% FeSO4 and water with 4% DSS respectively.We observed a markedly higher lactulose/mannitol excretion ratio and lower serum concentration of D-xylose in FeSO4 0.20% and 1.00% supplementation piglets than piglets on DSS alone,but not in FeSO4 0.03% supplementation piglets.Supplementation of oral iron resulted in intestinal villus injury in piglets,and dose-response manner.The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT) and glutathione peroxidase(GPx) significantly increased in the DSS group compared with the control group.Iron supplementation significantly decreased the activities of GPx and CAT(P<0.05),but not SOD.
