角蝉触角及其感器的扫描电镜观察

摘    要:利用扫描电子显微镜对褐三刺角蝉Tricentrus brunneus Funkhouser 和黑圆角蝉Gargara genistae(Fabricius)雌、雄成虫触角的形态及感受器的类型和分布情况进行观察,以期进一步明确角蝉触角的形态结构,为角蝉科昆虫触角感器的系统研究提供参考。结果表明,两种角蝉触角形态相似,均为刚毛状触角,包括柄节、梗节及鞭节3部分,触角表面存在不同的表皮突起,梗节中部一周均着生有毛形感器和锥形感器,鞭节的前10个亚节部分侧面上仅着生锥形感器。两种角蝉的触角形态与感器类型在雌、雄成虫间基本不存在差异,两种角蝉之间在感器种类和分布方面也无明显差异。

Abstract:Antennal sensilla types and distribution of the Tricentrus brunneus and Gargara genistae were studied by scanning electron microscope to further understand the morphological structure of antennae of treehoppers,which will provide a basis for the systematic research of antennal sensilla of Membracidae.The results showed that the antennae of two species are setaceous,which consist of scape,pedicel and flagellum and different epidermal protrusions exist on the surface of the antennae; there are sensilla trichodea and sensilla basiconica in the middle part of the pedicel,and there are only sensilla basiconica in the lateral part of the first 10 flagellomeres.There are no obvious differences in the type of antennal sensilla between male and female adult of two kinds of treehopper,and no differences in the types and distribution of antennal sensilla of the two treehopper species.
