超声振动钻削试验系统设计

摘    要:对超声振动钻削系统各关键部分的设计进行介绍,利用该系统对HT200、ZcuPb30进行超声振动钻削试验.结果表明,振动钻削具有钻削扭矩小、钻孔扭矩波动小、扩孔量小等优点.

Abstract:The design of the key parts of ultrasonic vibration drilling system was introduced.The ultrasonic vibration drilling experiments were carried out for HT200 and ZcuPb30 by the use of this experiment system.The result showed that vibration drilling torque was lower and the fluctuation of vibration drilling torque was small too.
