| 摘 要： | 本研究应用酶联免疫印渍技术（ＥＬＩＢ）分析了东毕血吸虫成虫部分纯化抗原中具有免疫活性的蛋白质组分，其中分子量为３５、８０、９２和９４ｋＤ的蛋白质具有较灵敏的反应原性，可做为东毕血吸虫病的诊断抗原。本试验应用此种抗原探索了诊断黄牛东毕血吸虫病的方法，取得了满意结果。

| Abstract: | In this study,the Enzyme-linked immunoblotting technique (ELIB) was used to analyse the protein component parts which with immunological activity in partial purificatory soluble antigen made from the Ornithobilharzia adult worms, the results showed that among these protein which molecular weight for 35. 80.92 and 94 kD have shown the higher sensitivity in the immunological reactions. Therefore,these protein can be used as diagnostic antigen.At the same time in this study,the researchers used the ELIB to probe a applied method for diagnosis of ornithobilharziasis in the cattle and achieve a satisfied result. |
