狗獾的繁殖特征及其重要医学研究价值

通过对人工养殖的31只狗獾观察发现,狗獾发情配种时间多分布在4~6月份、少数在7~9月份,不同于以往的国内文献报道。狗獾产仔时间在3~4月份,妊娠时间为210~330 d。狗獾具有半冬眠特征,在3~4个月的冬眠期间,不出现肌力丧失、骨质疏松,并能定向消耗脂肪为身体提供营养与能量而不损伤其他组织器官,弄清其生理机制,将会为治疗老年骨质疏松、长期卧床造成的肌力丧失、健康减肥等医学研究提供启示。
