摘    要:研究了芦荟提取物蒽醌类物质对增强UV辐射条件下玉米生长发育的影响.结果表明,增强UV辐射条件下植物生长发育明显受影响.而在增强UV辐射条件下,喷施芦荟蒽醌类物质的玉米干鲜比、叶绿素含量分别比没有喷施芦荟蒽醌类物质的玉米增加;丙二醛(MDA)含量和相对电导率(REC)分别比没有喷施芦荟蒽醌类物质的玉米下降;玉米的生长发育接近正常水平.由此可知,蒽醌类物质吸收了一部分UV辐射能量.表面喷施蒽醌类物质可有效减少增强UV辐射对植物的伤害.

Abstract:This paper studied the effects of anthraquinones in aloe on the growth and physiological indices of maize(Zea mays L.)under UV stress.The results showed that under the condition of enhanced UV radiation,spraying anthraquinones increased the ratio of dry weisat to wet weight and the contents of chlorophyll and decreased the contents of MDA and the conductivity rate in maize.Under the condition of enhanced UV radiation,the growth of maize sprayed with anthraquim was close to normal level.The anthraquinones in aloe could absorb and consume a part of the energy of ultraviolet radiation,so the harm of ultraviolet radiation to plants could be reduced effectively by spraying anthraquinones on plant surface.
