摘    要:从陕西合阳县葱的根际土壤中分离到1株帚霉E71702M,根据形态学和5.8S-ITS rDNA序列分析研究,鉴定其为草生帚霉Scopulariopsis hibernica。通过CMC-刚果红染色法测定其在不同温度下的产纤维素酶能力,发现E71702M菌株在低温条件下亦能够分泌纤维素酶,具有一定的潜在开发价值。

Abstract:A strain ET1702M of Scopulariopsis sp. was isolated from scallion rhizosphere soil in Heyang County, Weinan City, Shaanxi Province, China. Based on morphological characters and 5.8SITS rDNA sequence analysis, strain ET1702M was identified as Scopulariopsis hibernica Mangan. The strain could secrete cellulase under the low temperature through CMC - Congo red staining, and was somewhat promising for further exploitation.
