立茶业为支柱实现持续发展

石门县地处湘西北边陲，20个乡、镇（区），面积3973km^2，人口70万，是“老、少、边、穷”的大山区。其生态优越，茶生产、茶文化历史悠久，茶品质优异，是湖南产茶和旅游资源大县。本文分析了茶产业对石门县域经济的影响，提出了“十一五”规划、远景目标和加强领导、技术服务等工作措施，并探讨了质量安全、打造品牌、建设基地的技术举措。

Make Tea Industry the Pillar of Shimen County and Realize Sustainable Development

Shimen county is located in the border area of the northwest of Hunan having 20 villages and towns,3973km~2 area,a population of 700000,it's old,remote and poor mountain area inhabited by many minority nationalities.For its advantageous enviroment,long history of tea production and tea culture,high-quality tea,it is the big county of tea production and tourism.This paper analysed the influence of tea industry on the economy of Shimen county,put forward the eleventh five-year plan,long-range goal and work measures of leading strenghtenment and technology service,and studied on the technology measures of quality safety,brand creation and base construction.
