摘    要:通过对峙培养在RSA和RTA上对重庆地区主要马铃薯和番茄产区的致病疫霉交配型进行了测定。结果显示,分离自重庆地区8个县(区)的186个致病疫霉菌株均为A1交配型,没有检测到A2交配型。这一结果表明该地区的致病疫霉仍以A1交配型为主。

Abstract:Besed on classical assay of mating type of heterothallic pathogen, total 186 isolates of Phytopathora infectans from representative potato and tomato planting areas in 5 counties and 3 districts in Chongqing have been determined on RSB and RTA paltes using known mating type. The mating type assay showed that no relative A1 mating type of P. infectans with oospore was found in Chongqing.Namely, the whole isolates tested were all A1 mating type.
