毛竹覆盖技术推广存在问题与对策

毛竹笋用林覆盖技术有助于推进毛竹产业转型升级,调整农村产业结构,促进农民增收致富,是浙江省大力推广的一种毛竹生产技术。但在技术推广过程中,存在着投入高、技术人员缺乏、产品优势不明显等问题,需要政府给予政策支持与引导。

Problems and Countermeasures for Mulching Technology Extension in Moso Forest

The mulching technology adopted in moso shoot forests is conducive to promoting the restructuring of moso industry, readjusting the industrial structure in rural area, increasing farmers＇ incomes, and thus become a production technology that has been largely extended in Zhejiang Province. But, during the extension, some problems, including high inputs, short of technicians and unobvious advantages of products, have arisen, requiring the government to give policy supports and guidance.
