| 摘 要： | 细胞核移植是目前倍受学术界和国际社会关注的焦点问题之一.已经获得牛、羊、猪、兔、鼠等核移植个体,而且成功地得到体细胞核移植绵羊和小鼠.尽管猪胚胎细胞核移植也有报道,但进展缓慢.现对猪细胞核移植的研究现状,以及与之有关的卵母细胞孤雌激活等问题作较系统的综述.

| Abstract: | Mammalian nuclear transplantation has been become one of the most attentioned questions in scientific field and international society.Many species of animals,such as bovine,sheep,pig,rabbit transfer during recent 20 years,Very recently,somatic cell nuclear transplanted(NT)sheepand cattlehave also been cloned.The porcine nuclear transplantation,though produced one embryonic NT pig and the only one NT pig up to now,was very lag behind.This paper reviewed the progress of the nuclear transplantation of pig,and also duscussed the related problems. |
