| Abstract: | As it is know that Xiangtan County°φs foodstuff produc- tion is the largest in Hunan province. It is awarded the title of ° ∞National Example in Foodstuff Production County°±. Wheat is the food of human, agricultural means is the food of wheat. In our opinion, the agricultural means industry in Xiangtan County should be also in prosperity period. However, in our in- vestigation in this county we found the situation is very differ- ent from our imagination. |
