| 摘 要： | 针对东方红林业局实际情况,分析低产林的经营对象,各类低产林的特点及潜力提出经营措施:1·调整经营方向,合理采伐,全面经营,加强防火和林政管理,降低森林主伐比重,规划封山育林地。2·清理调整不合理林分。3·合理落实经济政策,提高抚育改造技术和科学管理水平。
