摘    要:在知识经济时代,企业面临着激烈的人才竞争。根据帕累托80/20法则,企业核心员工成为保持其核心竞争力的关键因素。企业应充分认识到保留核心员工的重要性,通过对员工流失风险的有效防范来实现核心员工的有效保留。

Abstract:In knowledge economy time, the enterprise is facing the intense competition for talent. According to Pareto 80 /20 principle, the enterprise core staff becomes to maintain its core competitive power. The enterprise should be fully aware the retention core staff's importance, through draining the risk to the staff effectively to guard against the core staff's effective retention.
