| 摘 要： | 农民的环境意识水平是关系建设社会主义新农村、改善农村生产生活环境的重要问题，而生态文明村村民的环境意识是影响生态文明村建设成败的关键因素。选取海南两个典型生态文明村（儋州市美万新村、侨南村），针对生态文明村居民环境意识和环境现状进行问卷调查，结果表明：两生态文明村居民环境意识水平为中等，主要停留在中绿层，环境教育的实效性差。最后提出“农民需要＋农村政策”模式以探讨提高农民环境意识、改善农村环境的新思路。
