环境、稀土和基因型对小麦花培绿苗分化的影响

摘    要:研究了环境、稀土和基因型对小麦花药培养绿苗分化率的影响,结果表明,绿苗分化率受环境、稀土含量及基因型的显著影响。稀土含量为1.5 mg/L时,不同基因型的小麦绿苗分化率都达到较高的水平。

Abstract:This study was conducted to identify the effects of environment,REA and genotypes on the plantlet induction frequency of callus in wheat anther culture in 1999-2001.The results were as follows: In the three years the significant differences in the green plantlet induction frequency were observed among the different genotypes,years as well as medium containing different concentrations of RE and the best medium was the R3(1.5mg/L RE).
