摘    要:引言芝麻是一种珍贵的油料作物。它不但种子富含油分,含油量高达65%右左,而且油品质优良,无胆固醇,气味香郁,冠于所有的食用植物油类。特别种子的蛋白质中含有为人体及动物所必不可少的蛋氨酸,也是其他油料作物所缺乏。为此,芝麻具有多方面的经济利用,成为国际市场上热门的贸易产品。近十年来,鉴于芝麻随科学水平的发展而日益显示它的经济重要性,世界各国已先后注重并发展芝麻栽培,召开了《世界芝麻会议》,并成立了《国

Abstract:Sesame is avaluable oil crop but its low yield has become a major problem in present poduction.In this paper,all the apparent causes of low yield including problems of cropping,tillage,agrotechniques and variety are discussed and the real cause of being neglected by sesame growers for years is pointed out.Although the whole analyses of these causes of low yield are made according to the actual situation of sesame growing regions of China,it has a universal significance for all sesame growing countries of th...
