Isolation and Identification on Fruit Rot Causative Biont of Grape in Hami

This paper deals woth the test for isolation and identification of fruit rot causative biont of grape. It introduced that the fruit rot always happens to fruit of grape at the end of July and at the beginning of August when the grape fruit is ripe. Because of this disease, the grape production in Hami has suffered heavy losses. The authors proposed that the fruit rot of grape in Hami be stamped out at once. The causative biont obtained from disease fruit was identified as Rhizopus nigvicans Ehrenb.
