摘    要:采用生物统计方法,对自然状态下桑花叶萎缩病的发生动态进行了分析。结果表明:桑花叶萎缩病对桑树的生长影响极显著,可持续造成损失;影响桑花叶萎缩病病症表现的主要气象因素是温度,不同温度对病原体的影响存在显著差异,温度与病原体生长动态之间的关系可以用Y=13.5652/[1+exp(8.8781-0.220829X)]进行模拟;病枝隐显症表现的温度临界值为28.8℃。

Abstract:Using biostatistical method,the author analyzed the occurrence dynamics of mulberry mosaic dwarf disease in natural condition.It was found that mulberry mosaic dwarf disease had obvious effect to the growth of mulberry,which could result in the continuous loss.The main weather factor affecting the symptom expression of mulberry mosaic dwarf disease was temperature.The different temperature had significantly different influence on the pathogen.The relationship between temperature and occurrence dynamic of the pathogen could be simulated by the following equation: Y=13.5652/[1+exp(8.8781-0.220829X)].The critical temperature for symptom expression of the diseased branches was 28.8 ℃.
