| 摘 要： | 建立了芳樟离体繁殖体系。采用0.1%HgCl_2溶液对芳樟新生嫩茎进行消毒,适宜的消毒时间为10min。1mm茎尖的成苗率达到85.3%,在附加BA0.5mg/L、GA_30.2mg/L、IBA0.2mg/L的MS培养基上,芳樟的增殖系数可达15,试管苗大规模移栽的成活率达90%以上。

| Abstract: | An efficiency system of propagation in vitro of Cinnamomum camphore was developed.The optimum sterilization of young shoots was 10min with 0.1% Hgcl_2.The rate of shoots forming from 1mm shoot tips reached 85.3%.On the MS medium supplemented with BA 0.5mg/L and GA_3 0.2mg/L, IBA0.2mg/L.For cultivars Cinnamomum camphora the multiplication coefficients reached 15 respectively.The survival rate of plants transplanted on a large scale was more than 90%. |
