摘    要:以气吸式垂直圆盘排种器为研究对象,采用ANSYS软件对水稻芽种在充种过程中的速度场和压力场进行了模拟,并利用高速摄像技术,试验研究了精播水稻芽种排种器的充填过程。排种性能试验结果表明,真空度在2~3.51kPa范围内排种性能最好,排种盘线速度大于0.56m/s时,排种器的充填性能开始明显下降。在理论分析和试验的基础上,探明了充种过程的运动规律及其影响因素。

Abstract:The investigation object was air vertical-rotor seed-metering device (ASD), and we simulated the speed and pressure in the seed-filling process of rice bud-sowing by ANSYS, made experimental studies on filling process of the precision seed-metering device with rice bud-sowing via high speed video camera system (HSVCS), and the experimental studies on seeding performance were also made. The results showed that the best performance of seed-metering device is at vacuum-pressure between 2~3.51 kPa. When linear speed of seed plate exceeded 0.56 m/s, the filling performance began to decline evidently. The motional rule of seed-filling process and its influence factors were proved on the basis of theoretical analysis and experiment.
