摘    要:研究和分析了无孢平菇的培养特性、显微结构及主要营养成分,研究结果表明,无孢平菇茵丝生长的适宜温度为25℃~30℃,子实体生长发育发生的适宜温度为18℃~22℃。扫描电镜观察子实层,无担孢子。营养成分分析表明,无孢平菇子实体的粗蛋白20.3%、粗纤维7.3%、粗脂肪2.6%、可溶性总糖5.9%、总氨基酸13.88%,其中必需氨基酸占总氨基酸的36.2%。

Abstract:Fruiting temperature, microstructure, nutrient composition of sporeless Pleutotus ostreatus were studied in this paper. The results showed that the suitable temperature for sporeless oyster mushroom mycelial growth was 25℃ - 30℃, and the suitable temperature for primordium formation was 18℃ -22℃. The hymenial layer was observed by scanning electron microscope, there was not spore - hearing in Hymenium. The contents of crude protein was 20. 3%, crude cellulose was 7.3%, crude fat was 2.6%, total soluble sugar was 5.9%, and the total amino acid content was 13.88%, of which the essential amino acid content was 36. 2%.
