| Abstract: | The important strategic position of edible fungi industry in Chinese grand agriculture was explicated in this paper. And we also viewed from the angle of the development of circular economy and ecological agriculture to prospect the development tendency ＇of edible fungi industry, elaborated that to develop edible fungi industry in China we should accord with basic national condition of China, and follow the development road with Chinese characteristics. |
