| 摘 要： | 牢固树立积极培育森林资源,建立木材战略储备基地的经营理念,按照"保护资源、促进休养、优化结构、增加总量、提高质量"的总体要求,不断提高林地生产力和林地产出效益,提升森林生态功能,推进森林资源不断向"增总量、提质量、升效益"的方向发展,从而实现森林资源的可持续利用和林区经济社会的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | We need Firmly establish the active cultivation of forest resources, and establish the strategic reserve base of wood business philosophy, in accordance with the ＂conservation of resources, promote the rest, optimization of structure, increase the total amount, improve the quality of＇overall demand, to continuously improve the productivity of forest land and forest land and output efficiency and promote the forest ecological function, then promote forest resources to the ＂ increasing the total amount, quality, or efficiency. ＂direction of development, so as to realize the sustainable use of forest resources and forest zone of economic and social sustainable development. |
