荔枝草挥发油的化学成分分析及抑菌活性研究

摘    要:目的]分析荔枝草挥发油化学成分并对其抑菌活性进行研究。方法]利用水蒸气蒸馏法从荔枝草中提取挥发油,用气相色谱一质谱联用法(GC—MS)分析鉴定成分并进行抑菌活性研究试验。结果]从荔枝草挥发油中鉴定其中大部分化合物。抑菌活性试验分别为对巨大芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的体外抑菌作用,发现荔枝草挥发油有一定的抑菌作用,其最低抑菌浓度范围分别为20-40μl/ml。结论]荔枝草挥发油成分中以萜类成分为主,有着独特的生物活性,对于药物开发利用等方面有着重要的作用。
