| 摘 要： | 当前，我国农产品领域纵向协作仍然以传统随行就市的市场化交易为主，存在协作层次低和协作绩效差等诸多问题。加快协作机制转型升级受到农产品市场供求关系、农产品加工专用性程度、农民组织化力量、加工企业垄断势力和政府行为等因素的影响。为此，提出了发展合作社联合基础上的合同模式、继续提高农民组织化水平和市场谈判地位、建立“市场保护价＋优惠服务”的利益机制、加强产业链管理、政府推动让位于市场推动、行业自组织等政策建议。
