利用4个繁殖性状主效基因研究陆川猪群体的遗传结构

为了解陆川猪繁殖性能的遗传潜力和基因多样性,利用PCR-RFLP和PCR-SSCP 技术对ESR、FSH β、PRLR和PRL 4个繁殖性状主效基因多态性进行检测.结果显示,在陆川猪群体中,ESR、PRLR和PRL的优势基因型分别为BB、AA和CC型,其频率分别为0.9146、0.4146和0.2692;FSH β基因只有AA 型.对4个基因进行Hardy-Weinberg平衡检测,发现仅有ESR位点基因型符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡分布(P>0.05).而不同基因的遗传结构分析表明,ESR、PRLR和PRL多态信息含量分别为0.0906、0.4280 和0.5862,分属低度、中等和高度多态位点.

Genetic Structure of Luchuan Pig Population with Four Major Genes Influencing Reproductive Traits

In this study, the genotypes of RSR, FSH β, PRLR and PRL gene, the four known major genes of reproductive traits, were identifed in 82 Luchuan pig individuals by PCR-RFLP and PCR-SSCP.The results showed that advantage genotypes of ESR,PRL and PRLR were BB, AA and CC, respectively, its genotype frequency were 0.9146、0.4146 and 0.2692. FSH β gene had only AA genotypes. The genotype frequencies of only ESR were in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.Analysis of different genes showed that the polymorphism information content of ESR,PRLR and PRL genes were 0.0906,0.4280 and 0.5862, and belonged to low,moderate and high polymorphic sites.
