校领导在农村中小学现代远程教育中的作用探究

"农远工程"已经在实施过程中,虽然在基础设施和资源建设方面都取得了可喜的成果,但在工程利用效果方面还存在不足.在农村中小学校长的观念完全影响着一个学校的发展.在实施现代远程教育工程的过程当中,解决农村中小学校长在认识不足方面的问题,取得了一些成效.并且对如何发挥校领导的带头和促进鼓励作用,提高农村教师远程教育设备的应用水平和整体素质,进行了初步探索.

The function inquiry of shool leaders in the Modern Distance Education in rural primary schools
