三种植物精油对米象的控制作用

以乙醚为溶剂提取3种植物精油,研究其对米象的控制作用.结果表明,臭椿树皮精油、辣椒粉精油和柑橘皮精油在1:15体积浓度(以丙酮为溶剂)下,对米象成虫均有较强的驱避、触杀、种群抑制和熏蒸作用,其中以臭椿树皮精油的效果最好,处理72 h,对米象成虫的驱避率达V级,触杀校正死亡率达76.5%,处理4 d熏蒸校正死亡率达81.9%,处理7 d种群抑制率达91.1%.

Controlling Effects of Essential Oils on Sitophilus oryzae

The controlling effects of essential oils extracted from Capsicum frutescens L.,Citrus reticulata,Ailanthus altissima by anhydrous diethyl ether at 1:15 volume concentration of essential oil:acetone on Sitophilus oryzae,were detailedly investigated in the paper.The results showed that all of the three kinds of essential oils possessed extremely strong repellent,contact-killing,fumigation and population inhibition activities on Sitophilus oryzae.Particularly,Ailanthus altissima essential oils had thebest effect,followed by Capsicum frutescens essential oils and Citrus reticulata essential oils respectively.After 72h treated by Ailanthus altissima essential oils,repellent activity could reach V grade,and corrected dead rate of contact-killing activity could achieve 76.5%.After 4 days treated by Ailanthus altissima essential oils,corrected dead rate of fumigant activity could achieve 76.5%.After 7 days treated by Ailanthus altissima essential oils,population inhibition activities could achieve 91.1%.
