摘    要:用有限元法对原有的农家肥撒施机肥箱进行了受载分析,得出各部分结构受力及变形情况,针对原设计存在的缺陷进行了改进设计。改进了肥箱结构及材料的使用,并对改进后的肥箱进行了刚度的有限元分析验证,使其在保证强度的前提下优化了结构,使肥箱的应力分布更加均匀,并减轻了肥箱的质量,降低了生产成本。

Abstract:Stress analysis of the original manure spreader box was conducted based on finite element method.Structural stress and deformation were obtained,and with the improvement of box structure and material use,the flaws of the original design were prohibited and steel stiffness of the improved manure box was verified.On the premise of strength guarantee,the design optimizes the structure,with more uniform stress distribution,box weight reduction and production cost lowering.
