| 摘 要： | 玉溪市退耕还林项目区截至2005年底,完成退耕还林3.58万hm2,完成封山育林0.73万hm2,在补助期内户均补助7 549.28元。为了巩固退耕还林成果,防止出现返耕现象,必须开发后续产业。文章分析了后续产业开发的有利和不利条件。提出了后续产业开发的项目思路,并提出了相应的措施。

| Abstract: | Forest rehabilitation from slope agriculture and enclosure of the hillside for regeneration have already achieved 35,800 hm~2 and 7,300 hm~2 respectively,and per household has received 7,549.28 yuan allowance in the project area of Yuxi by the end of 2005.To strengthen the achievement of forest rehabilitation and to prevent re-farming phenomenon,it is necessary to develop following up industry.The paper analyzes the advantage and disadvantage for developing following industry and proposes the project ideas and corresponding countermeasures for it. |
