| 摘 要： | 学科馆员制度是高校图书馆的一种有效管理制度,也是图书馆信息服务的创新,而学科馆员是实行学科馆员制度的关键所在.文章从学科馆员的素质要求和馆员素质现状入手,探讨了高校图书馆从现有馆员中如何进行选拔及提高其素质的措施.
