| 摘 要： | 吉林省12316热线推进了农业科技信息传播服务效果,有效地发挥了政府在＂三农＂传播服务的主导地位,调动起社会各方力量为＂三农＂服务,整合各种传播媒介以提升其传播实力,从而改变了本应作为传播主体的农民边缘化的地位。研究、借鉴、推广吉林12316热线模式,有利于提升吉林省乃至全国＂三农＂传播服务的整体水平。

| Abstract: | The hotline 12316 of Jilin province has promoted the information communication services in agriculture technology.It helps to exert the government’ s dominant position effectively in the communication services of ＂the three agriculture problems in modern china＂.Mobilizing all sectors of social powers to serve for the communication services and integrating various media in order to enhance its communication capabilities contribute to changing the status of marginalized farmers who tended to be the main body of the communication.Summarizing and learning to promote the Jilin 12316’ s model benefit to the enhancement of the general level of the communication services in Jilin province and throughout the whole nation. |
