摘    要:以龙杂茄2号、佳杂茄1号2个茄子杂种及其父母本为材料,使用MJ/PTC-200型PCR仪并对电泳图谱分析, 建立了适合茄子随机扩增多态性DNA分析的PCR扩增反应的体系,从40个随机引物中找到了2个可用于鉴定龙杂茄2号、3个可用于鉴定佳杂茄1号杂种纯度的引物.

Abstract:PCR experimental system which is suitable for random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) analysis of eggplant was developed by PCR(MJ/PTC-200) and electrophoregrams were analyzed, and two eggplant hybrids (Longzaqie No.2, Jiazaqie No.1 and their parents) were adopted in this experiment. Of the 40 arbitrary primers used in the experiment, 2 primers for Longzaqie No.2 and 3 primers for Jiazaqie No.1 which can determine the purity of hybrid eggplant were obtained.
